A Big Give thank you

A huge thank you to everyone who took part in Earth Trust’s Big Give Christmas Challenge.

This was our first Christmas Challenge and we have been bowled over by your support. Access to green spaces and opportunities to learn outdoors have been at the heart of Earth Trust’s ethos for more than 30 years, and after a year of lockdowns, enabling people to experience natural green spaces and inspiring the next generation to care for them has never been more important.

Amazingly, not only did you help us meet our target on this appeal, you exceeded it! You helped to raise £2,128 in donations, which means we’ve been able to access all of the matching funds available – an additional £2,000 to give your donations twice the impact.

Combined with Gift Aid, this takes our total to an incredible £4,588!

Your donations will help to break down barriers to accessing green space. Through delivering an environmental education programme for children with special educational needs, to looking at how we can develop digital ways to connect with nature, and maintaining safe access to our green spaces – your support will have a huge impact.
