Create your own unique winter decoration in this evening pottery workshop for adults, with artist Nicola Fielding
Join us for an enchanting pottery workshop in our beautiful Fison Barn where you’ll create your own unique winter decoration. Guided by talented local artist Nicola Fielding, you’ll design and craft a charming tealight holder that glows with the warmth of a miniature winter scene.
Using a palette featuring the hues of the season – icy blues and soft whites, or berry reds and earthy tones – be inspired by the iconic creatures and scenes of winter, to create your own stunning ceramic piece.
Whether you’re an experienced potter or a beginner, this workshop offers a creative and relaxing way to capture the magic of the season.
Your finished tealight decoration will be kiln-fired and ready to collect from 14th December. Perfect for a Christmas gift, or your own home!
Spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. All materials are provided, plus enjoy a glass of fizz and nibbles, in a wonderful evening in our historic, rustic barn.

About the artist
Nicola Fielding was Earth Trust’s Artist in Residence this summer. Working with ceramics, she loves experimenting and creates her own slip from locally sourced natural materials.
Her artwork is inspired by the incredible and diverse wildlife that can be found living alongside us in Oxfordshire. She draws attention to vulnerable wildlife species, aiming to inspire others to strengthen their own connections to the natural world.
