Cocktails on the Clumps

June 21 marks the longest day of the year and heralds the start of the beloved summer season: summer solstice. The summer solstice presents an opportunity for families and communities to come together and for many years people have gathered on Wittenham Clumps to celebrate and tune into nature.
Due to the huge success of last year’s event, this year you can once again enjoy the evening of the longest day of the year with stunning sunset views of the vast and beautiful landscape whilst sipping a delicious cocktail.
For over 18s only, drinks will be served from a pop-up cocktail bar on Round Hill at the top of Wittenham Clumps by local expert mixologists from Five Little Pigs.
They’ll be mixing and muddling a range of seasonal cocktails, many using ingredients foraged from the Clumps themselves. Think Cherry Plum Negronis, Elderflower Spritzes, and Strawberry Sour. The evening will kick off around 6pm and run til 11pm, so round up family and friends, bring a blanket and maybe a picnic (no BBQs please!) and toast summer in style.
£2 from every cocktail sold will be donated to Earth Trust. Car parking will be provided in the field at Earth Trust Farm. You can book your parking space for free (although we do welcome donations!)

Book your FREE Parking space in the field at Earth Trust Farm! Located just across the road from the pedestrian entrance to the Clumps, Earth Trust will be providing free car parking for visitors to the Cocktails on the Clumps event. You don’t need to provide your registration number, just let us know you’re coming and we’ll make sure there’s a space for you!
Parking information: The Clumps car park will be reserved for emergency vehicle access. Accessible parking spaces will be available at the Earth Trust Centre car park. Please, no parking on the road verges.
If you can, please walk, cycle or lift share. Please be considerate to our neighbours and wildlife. No BBQs, fires or camping. Make sure to take your litter home.
