Venue hire charges should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions.
Periods of hire include the day before the wedding and the day after unless otherwise agreed.
We charge a Civil Ceremony fee of £450. You will need to arrange your registrar for civil ceremonies separately with Oxfordshire County Council. Please visit https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/contactus/contact-registration-service for their fees and availability.
Our wedding hire charges include:
Exclusive 3-day hire of the barns and courtyard
A choice of tables and chairs
PA system with screen and laser projector
Use of food preparation kitchen with chilling and freezing facilities
Guidance and advice in the run up to your wedding from our events team
On-call support throughout the period of hire
On-site support for licensed ceremonies so all runs smoothly on the day

What is a dry-hire venue?
Earth Trust’s wedding spaces are offered as ‘dry-hire’. This means that when you book your wedding here, you’re not getting locked into expensive arrangements with exclusive suppliers like caterers, decorators or drinks providers.
Your booking with us secures a beautiful venue with no strings attached. You are free to choose whichever suppliers you wish to build your perfect wedding; from fine dining to food trucks, live musicians to DJs, our site can accommodate whatever it takes to bring your vision to life.
That might sound exciting, or it might sound like a lot of work – but don’t fret! While we make no rules, we’re very happy to share our expertise, share advice on our regular suppliers, and help guide you through the process for a stress-free wedding experience.
