Who we are

Heritage

The Clumps aren’t just hills with a view – they’re a place packed with stories stretching back thousands of years. Long before dogs chased sticks and kids raced to the top of the Clumps, Iron Age communities were building hillforts up here, Romans were settling nearby, and people were living, farming and exploring this landscape in their own way.

Today, you can still spot the traces if you know where to look – ancient earthworks under your feet, pathways shaped over centuries, and trees watching it all unfold.
