Fison Barn is a characterful and self-contained celebration space for get-togethers of all kinds. Oak framed and lovingly restored, our 19th century heritage barns offer ample space for drinks, dining, dancing and more, and enclose a private courtyard which captures the sunshine morning, noon and night.
Available on a dry hire basis, Fison Barn is your blank canvas. Whether you’re planning an intimate family celebration, a big birthday bash or anything in between, you are free to outfit your space however you wish.

Charming, tranquil and private, Fison Barn boasts all the attractions of the countryside. Nestled at the foothills of Wittenham Clumps, our land is flush with nature. Bats and swallows roost in the eaves around our courtyard, while our beautifully scented herb gardens attract bees, butterflies and dragonflies. You may even spot an owl swooping low at dusk.

Your celebration will support the landscape that hosts you for generations to come. As custodian of more than 500 hectares of land in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, our work drives the restoration and protection of species and habitats which are crucial for our ecosystem. Our spaces are entirely yours for your celebration, with full freedom to decorate as you see fit. We won’t lock you into expensive arrangements with exclusive suppliers. Our events team is more than happy to support you in creating your perfect vision, and we can offer suggestions for suppliers based on your needs, but your choices are completely your own.

Our site sits just 11 miles from Oxford and 18 miles from Reading, with easy access to the M4 and M40. We are primed to welcome parties of all shapes and sizes, with recently expanded car parking facilities, new bicycle storage and charging infrastructure, and full accessibility throughout.

Every celebration is different, so we don’t offer a fixed price for party hire. Get in touch and we’ll discuss your wants and needs with you and develop a quote bespoke to your celebration.
