Education support

Our Education team works with local schools and young people who visit us weekly during term time, and families and local charities during school holiday times.

We have three volunteer roles with the team:

Earth School – this can be regular or ad hoc, and is supporting our full day school term workshops (9.30am-2.30pm).

Explorer Camp – our holiday-time, adventurous outdoor camp, can be a half day or full day of support, on an ad-hoc basis

Edibles Grower – If you are interested in small scale commercial production of fruit, vegetables and herbs, this is for you. There is also the opportunity to engage with children and young people in the space as part of our education programme

These are really rewarding roles where you can combine your passion for sharing learning through nature with your love of the outdoors.
