Corporate events with character
Fison Barn, our largest conference space, brings rustic charm and elegance to any corporate event. With state-of-the-art AV equipment and secure, business-grade wifi, Fison Barn is our recommended space for larger team gatherings, AGMs, conferences, product launches, and team social events of up to 110 people
The adjoining Poem Tree Barn and enclosed courtyard offer ample space for breakout sessions, refreshments, and opportunities to socialise.
Meeting rooms
Kestrel room
Kestrel room offers characterful beams and an abundance of natural light to board meetings, presentations, workshops, and strategy sessions for up to 20 people. Engage team members in-person and virtually with a large interactive screen and rotating camera.
Skylark room
Skylark room is perfect for small group sessions and meetings for up to 8 people. Housed in the mezzanine above Kestral boardroom, Skylark offers a private workspace among timbered eaves with plenty of natural light.

Pricing and availability
Our meeting and conference spaces are available to hire Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Evening and weekend hire can be discussed on request.
We’re proud to offer exclusive discounted rates to registered charities, as well as 5% off room hire for organisations which actively encourage carpooling to and from your event, in line with our commitment to reducing emissions.

Nature brings people together, and at Earth Trust our stunning landscape is yours to explore. Our events team will happily design an itinerary to re-energise your team members with valuable time spent outdoors.
Tell us what you’d like to see across our landscape and we can recommend a self-guided walking route across the Clumps and the surrounding landscape, or supplement your experience with one of our add-on nature experiences.
Guided walks, from £150
Our expert learning team will lead a guided walk for up to 25 people, introducing you to our range of habitats and bringing the landscape to life.
Garden games, from £50
Who says your corporate event has to be all work? Bring some light-hearted competition to your day with garden favourites like Swingball and Giant Connect 4.
Wellbeing workshops, from £300
Delivered by our trusted partners, our wellbeing workshops focused on mindfulness and relaxation will help your team feel engaged and refreshed.
Catering
Food for thought
Earth Trust can supply tea and coffee, freshly prepared sandwiches, grazing platters and other refreshments for larger groups for an additional fee, and we’re looking forward to expanding this offering in future with the launch of our café – more on this to follow in time. We can also supply tea and coffee for smaller groups, or your colleagues can enjoy reduced prices on barista drinks from our Welcome Hub.
