Corporate Away Days

Do you need an opportunity for your team to bond, whilst promoting their health and wellbeing? Do you want to give back to your community? Then Earth Trust has the perfect away day experience!

Held amongst the iconic landmarks of South Oxfordshire, Earth Trust’s corporate away days provide the perfect mix of activity, team working skills and enjoyment. Earth Trust’s experienced facilitators are able to inspire improved team working, teaching communication and listening skills, cooperation and conflict management through a variety of fun and engaging activities. Not only will time in the outdoors boost the health and well-being of your team, but our specially designed programme will strengthen and improve your group dynamics.

Earth Trust offers two away day options to choose from: come and spend the day with us helping with vital conservation work and giving back to the community, or come and spend time enjoying the outdoors, learning new skills.  Within each option there are a plethora of possible activities to tailor your away day to suit the needs, abilities and goals of your team. Perhaps you’d like to come and help us nurture the hedgerows or care for the Wittenham Clumps, or how about a scavenger hunt followed by cooking on a camp fire? There are alternatives to suit every group.

By choosing to hold your away day with earth Trust, you’ll also be making an incredible impact on the local community, enabling Earth Trust to fund a variety of projects including outdoor learning opportunities for children and young people with special educational needs.

Our team had a great day together in this unique and beautiful venue. I would highly recommend companies choose the Earth Trust for their conference or team building day.
