Spring Festival

Seasonal farmyard fun for the whole family!

spring to life celebrate the season by noticing and nurturing nature on your doorstepJoin us down on the farm as we celebrate the joys of spring, with newborn lambs frolicking in the fields and a whole farmyard of fun activities to explore.

Meet the farm animals and learn about their role in healthy, nature-filled farmland. Take a bumpy ride on the tractor trailer, have a go at welly-wanging, or climb the giant hay bales.

‘Bee’ amazed by the Oxfordshire Beekeepers’ Association as they showcase the vital work of pollinators on the farm, with hive demonstrations, beeswax candle-making and honey-tasting activities.

This event is part of our Spring to Life Season, celebrating the circle of life by noticing and nurturing nature around us. It’s a fantastic opportunity to spend some time in nature, and find out more about nature-friendly farming. (If the time is right, you might even see a lamb being born!).

Our lambing festivals have been hugely popular and we always need volunteers to help us make our big events happen. So, if you’re up for lending a hand at this year’s Spring Festival, please get in touch with the team at [email protected] to register your interest. Take a look at our volunteer page for more information on what’s involved.
