A Toolkit for Holistic Wellness

Discover balance through yoga, mindfulness, and nature

Join us for a unique and immersive experience exploring the connection between ancient yoga philosophy, mindfulness practices, and the natural world. Led by British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Earth Trust Environmental Education Tutor, Kirsty Somerville, alongside Nature Facilitator, Nina Dedeken, this four-part workshop series invites you to reconnect with yourself and the elements that shape our lives.

Over four monthly sessions (each 2.5 hours), we will explore the five fundamental elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether – through gentle yoga, guided nature experiences, and mindful reflection. Understanding and balancing these elements within ourselves can foster a sense of harmony, wellbeing, and transformation.

Set in the tranquil surroundings of Earth Trust’s local landscape, this event offers an opportunity to slow down, embrace the natural world, and inspire a sense of calm.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle yoga movement and breath awareness
  • Yoga philosophy discussions
  • Guided nature walks and mindful movement
  • Reflection and meditation

Workshop Dates & Themes:

6th April – Earth: Grounding, stability, connection
11th May – Water: Flow, adaptability, emotions
8th June – Fire: Energy, transformation, confidence
6th July – Air & Ether: Lightness, expansion, creativity

This is an opportunity to step away from daily distractions, immerse yourself in nature, and deepen your connection to both your inner self and the natural world. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, clarity, or a renewed sense of balance, this workshop offers a space to explore and grow.
